B. Return of large items

Conditions of refund against  reception of returned item(s)
Any product defected due to manufacturing is eligible for return and refund. When the item is received and confirmed of acceptation by the seller, the buyer can get refunded the purchase. To proceed with return and refund, you should contact our customer service.
Notice :you need to prepay the return shipping cost. 

Free return by refusing the item
When you receive the item delivered by the shipper, you may be able to check if the item(s) have manufacturing defection, and to refuse the package. In this case, you will not pay the return shipping fee.  

Refund on return shipping cost prepaid by the buyer
Any product defected due to manufacturing is eligible for return and refund.Once we get notification from our warehouse that we received the items, we will refund you the prepaid return shipping cost.

Return shipping costs paid by the buyer 
You may have received item(s) that you want to return. If the return is due to manufacturing defection, and you need to discuss with us about the resending costs, you need to contact our customer service.

We can not accept the return.
If the item is  damaged by inappropriate use of the buyer.

C. Return time limits

Return request chould be issue by email to support@luxiaojunbarbell.zendesk.com within 30 days from the date of reception by the buyer.

Any refund request must be submitted by filling out the following contact form.
The refund should be always against acceptation of the returned item(s), No refund will be authorized if the product has been already sent out but not delivered. 
No refund will be authorized if the product has never been delivered due to the buyers responsibility.
